My professional career did not begin in law, but in journalism: I worked as a freelance contributor and trained as an editor at a daily newspaper. At the same time, I also worked as a presenter. In doing so, I developed skills that are essential for a lawyer who needs to communicate with precision and present arguments convincingly.
I then studied law at the University of Freiburg and completed my legal traineeship at the Offenburg Regional Court. Alongside this, I taught at universities and other educational institutions. I later completed specialist training in employment law.
